ECBC Return Policy
Free ground shipping on orders over $75. Orders Ships same day if received by 2pm PST Monday-Friday. Weekend orders will ship next business day.
Any unused or defective merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after the date of receipt with a Return Authorization number. Customer to pay shipping costs for returns. ECBC will refund the initial shipping charges only if the merchandise is defective, or if item received was not as ordered.
**If your bag was purchased from a third party online site, please contact them directly for returns within the first 30 days.**
Return Authorization Instructions:
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Order Number
- Date that you received your order
- Reason for return
- Model Name and Style Number of the item
You will then receive a Return Authorization number.
Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box and send by trackable method of shipment only to:

Please note: **Returned items must be in new condition unless defective, then refer to Warranty Information**
Once a return is received by ECBC, the credit card or Paypal account used in the original transaction will be credited immediately, however, it may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your credit card statement.
